Topic: Accounting and Finance 101 for Non-Finance Leaders
Explaining various accounting and finance basics for non-finance leaders, with an emphasis on what the HR professional should know when supporting their organizations. I'll also provide an update on the new tax law, as well as what to be thinking about as your organizations finish their budgeting for 2026.

Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to info@fwhr.org.
- Cancellation requests made 10+ days in advance are eligible for a full refund less a 10% processing fee.
- Cancellation requests made with less than 10 days notice are eligible for a 70% refund to help offset costs already incurred for the event.
- A substitute may attend if notice is received at least 48 hours in advance.
