The US healthcare system is complex and confusing - I hope to provide confidence and clarity to HR professionals and everyday employees.

My presentation shares the health journey of my father as a high-cost claimant after contracting COVID in 2021. His story is nothing short of a miracle, and I am able present the importance of knowing how to navigate our healthcare system as a patient and a decision-maker for employees.

I cover how the US healthcare system was established, how companies finance healthcare, and the importance of effectively navigating our healthcare system for the wellbeing of ourselves and our employees.
