Junior Achievement needs companies like yours to partner with us to inspire local students through a career exploration experience, JA Inspire.

JA Inspire unites educators and local business leaders in Tarrant County. It’s designed for employers who need a pool of motivated workers. It gives high school students a real-world way to envision future career opportunities as they engage with local business volunteers and participate in hands-on activities, often using actual equipment or tools their employees use on the job. The students learn what certain jobs entail and begin to imagine their futures in the context of these career opportunities. Your business can actively participate and prepare the workforce of tomorrow.
