Data Analytics – The Who, What, When and Why around Data.

Imagine running a warehouse without an inventory system or being the CFO without an accounting system.  Unfortunately, many companies run their benefit plans/programs with little or no data. The presentation goes over: Why do I need data? What data should I be reviewing? Where can I get this data? What do I do with it once I have it? We will also discuss some employer case studies.

This PEG meets monthly to discuss relevant, current topics as it relates to the world of compensation and benefits.  We are a group of HR professionals of different levels of experience and diverse backgrounds.  Topics include FMLA, pay practices and policies, benefits administration and more!
