compensation & benefits

The focus of the Compensation & Benefits PEG is to discuss challenges, celebrate our victories, and share information together so that we can serve our #1 client, people. We seek presenters and topics that are relevant to current times. Topics include broad benefits administration, pay practices and policies, and we deliberate the trends and changing government regulations. Join us for relevant presentations and round table discussions!

diversity, equity, & inclusion

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion PEG comprises of a group of passionate HR and Business leaders who are interested in providing diversity education from thought leaders and other professionals doing amazing work in this space. We would like to provide content that will help you develop programs and understand workplace diversity, as well as provide a safe place to discuss hard diversity issues you may be encountering in your organization and community.

The Generalist PEG discusses relevant and current topics as it relates to HR practices. Topics will include the realm of HR competencies, trending practices, hot news to know and open floor discussions. We welcome all levels of HR professionals, especially Generalists and Managers.

The Non-Profit PEG discusses and share topics such as vendors, HR principals, staffing issues, policies, and procedures as they relate specifically to non-profits. We are a group of HR professionals in the for profit and non-profit areas. In addition to sharing, our agenda regularly includes a subject matter expert or presentation by a sponsoring agency highlighting their volunteer programs and needs.

This PEG discusses recruiting best practices, challenges, and the latest trends in both agency and corporate environments. Meetings include a variety of topics: sourcing strategies, candidate and hiring manager experiences, employer branding, social media recruiting, leveraging technology to source candidates, salary negotiations, and much more!
