      Cybersecurity in the Workplace
      with Amber James

Join Amber as she shares basic considerations and employee best practices for cybersecurity in the workplace. The introduction of information technology
has revolutionized the modern workforce. Information technologies allow companies to collect and store enormous amount of data and enable employees
to instantly access data and communicate through devices and networks anywhere, including from home. However, many companies lack basic cybersecurity measures to protect their information technology and workforce from data breaches and ransomware attacks. These breaches can cost millions of dollars in litigation, government fines, remediation, and reputational harm. By implementing basic cybersecurity measures and best practices, you can help your company reduce the threat of cybersecurity attacks in the workplace.

What You Should Be Telling Your Managers About the ADA, But May Not Be
      with Rodney Klein

Most organizations don’t let individual managers control the interactive process. Human resources controls this process and rightly so, as they are their organization's ADA subject matter experts. So it follows that most ADA training is given to human resources staff and not individual managers. Unfortunately,
this can have negative consequences, as managers sometimes violate the ADA because they haven’t been fully trained in their legal
responsibilities. So, in this session, we will discuss the parts of the ADA a good manager should know and the parts better left to human resources.

We will cover hiring, qualification standards and supervising employees with disabilities.
