Justin Dorsey, SPHR
Justin
brings extensive experience across industries including retail,
healthcare, distribution, oil & gas, and engineering, making him a
highly versatile and well-rounded HR professional. He specializes in
employee relations, talent acquisition, training, compensation,
benefits, and employee engagement—all with the goal of helping
businesses and employees thrive. Justin holds both a Senior Professional
and Global Professional certification in Human Resources, showcasing
his commitment to excellence in the field. In
addition, Justin has served as President of Fort Worth HR (SHRM
chapter). He was also recognized in the Fort Worth Business Press "Top
40 Under 40" for his leadership and impact. You will likely catch him
speaking at various HR events around the DFW metroplex, as public
speaking is a passion of his as well. Beyond his professional achievements, Justin is an active volunteer in his church and community. His educational background is in Sociology from Texas Tech University with graduate studies in Counseling. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. His hobbies include running, gardening, and raising chickens. | Brad Smith
Brad
Smith has 31 years of experience in the employment industry as a
retained executive search professional and as a vice president and
senior consultant for Drake Beam Morin, Inc (DBM), a global career
transition and executive coaching firm. He has now established a private
executive coaching practice. This service specializes in a no-nonsense
approach that helps executives expedite their search for either their
ideal job, their next ‘life option’ or develop their leadership ‘soft
skills.’ Brad
has been recognized in Who’s Who in Human Resources. Brad is past
president and chairman of The Cowtown Executives Association, an
executive networking and business referral group. He served for eight
years as Vice President of Communications for the Fort Worth Human
Resource Management Association. He was a member of the Ft Worth
Chamber’s Quality Workforce Commission as well as a member of the Board
of Trustees for Hill School of Fort Worth. He has been a guest lecturer
at the TCU Neeley School of Business: The BNSF Next Generation
Leadership Program and The University of Texas at Arlington. He is also a
mentor in the TCU Neeley Fellows Program. His diversified industry background includes retail operations and merchandising, health care, marketing and general management. Brad’s considerable experience in service industries gives him a unique perspective in developing and enhancing client relationships. |
