Position Description:
The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role focuses on onboarding, employee support, and HR process coordination to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for Team Members and Team Leaders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the VP of HR's calendar, travel, expenses, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Triage the HR inbox and provide timely guidance on HR policies, procedures, and lifecycle processes, escalating as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions, exit interviews, HR leadership meetings, and the weekly HR Insider.
- Maintain personnel records, files, and org charts; submit IT tickets for Team Member changes; and process job changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding with accuracy and complete documentation.
- Prepare orientation materials, on-site communications, and HRIS completion for new hires, while guiding Team Leaders through performance management and policy application.
- Support administration of HR programs (performance reviews, engagement initiatives, policy rollouts), maintain HR templates/resources, and analyze basic HR data to identify process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or executive/administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
