Session Description:

This session will provide the HR professional with a practical overview of critical Communication skills. Participants will learn how to receive and process information to formulate effective responses. By attending this session, participants will also develop their interviewing skills by understanding how to formulate and ask better questions.

Luncheon:

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

The lunch session will feature a “State of the Union” address from the Board, followed by a Q&A with members. The Board will share updates on programming changes and provide general information about the chapter, its offerings, and other relevant topics.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to info@fwhr.org.
• Cancellation requests made 10+ days in advance are eligible for a full refund less a 10% processing fee. 
• Cancellation requests made with less than 10 days notice are eligible for a 70% refund to help offset costs already incurred for the event.
• A substitute may attend if notice is received at least 48 hours in advance.

By attending an event affiliated with Fort Worth HR (“FWHR”), attendees consent and agree to being photographed and/or videoed. Attendees agree to allow FWHR to use, publish, and distribute their names, pictures, images, and voices (herein the “Materials”) for illustration, training, and/or marketing of FWHR, in any and all forms of media, including but not limited to FWHR’s website, Facebook and LinkedIn. Attendees waive any right to review or approve any use of the Materials, any written copy, or any finished product. Attendees will not receive any compensation or payment for FWHR’s use of the Materials and waive any rights, claims, or interest in the Materials.
