Join Liz Mann, Compliance Director at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, walks through the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and its impact on Employee Benefits and Human Resources. 

Liz is EPIC’s Director of Compliance. She and her team are responsible for disseminating information to clients about changing requirements and regulations and reviewing all plan designs and programs for compliance with federal and state regulations. She has accumulated over 15 years of experience working in employee benefits and offers expertise in a variety of employee benefits legal and regulatory matters.

Liz graduated from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN with Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and French in 2004. She graduated with her law degree from University of Toledo, College of Law in Toledo Ohio in 2007. Liz is an active member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) and sits on the NABIP Compliance Committee where she assists with disseminating important compliance updates to NABIP members and the NABIP Prescription Drug Legislative Committee, a group of experts responsible for submitting comments and providing recommendations to state and federal legislators on the prescription drug legislative and regulatory matters.
