Each new year brings changes to the employment law and HR landscape. Activity from courts and legislatures create new requirements and new laws. But even without updates and new additions, each new year brings certain things that HR departments should be tackling.

This presentation will provide updates to employment laws and practices based on legislation, court decisions, and regulations, but will also outline those things that HR should be addressing as another new year unfolds.  Special emphasis will be on litigation surrounding the new FLSA regulations and the FTC non-compete decision, as well as the new harassment guidance from the EEOC.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to info@fwhr.org.
• Cancellation requests made 10+ days in advance are eligible for a full refund less a 10% processing fee. 
• Cancellation requests made with less than 10 days' notice are eligible for a 70% refund to help offset costs already incurred for the event.
• A substitute may attend if notice is received at least 48 hours in advance.
