A virus changed the world and workplace in an instant.

There are many elements of this current pandemic situation that
organizations and leaders have minimal or no control over right now.

What leaders do have control over is creating a workplace culture where employees feel safe so they can engage in the ever-changing work
environment and market needs.

Objectives:

  • Understand how pandemic thinking impacts the workplace
  • Learn team building needs for virtual and office based teams
  • Create a positive, motivated and productive workplace culture

Pamela Gail Johnson

In 1998, Pamela Johnson founded the Society of Happy People (sohp.com) to encourage people to talk more about their happy moments–and discourage parade-raining.

She’s interacted with thousands of happy and not-so-happy people in their effort to be happy most of the time.

To encourage more happy conversations the Society launched Happiness Happens Day and Month, and Hunt for Happiness Week. If you think you’ve heard of the Society, you may have. In Pamela’s effort to make it the best know secret in the world she’s been on numerous broadcasts including Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, CNN and countless radio shows. The Society has also been covered by numerous newspapers, blogs and magazines including People, Costco Connection and the Associated Press.

Pamela’s also worked for Junior Achievement, the Hazelden Foundation, Staples and American Express.

In 2018, Pamela formally launched Happier @ Work because she believes since we spend so much time working, it’s important to be happy at work. There she provides trainings, consulting and programs to help leaders and employees create happier workplaces.

Pamela is an engaging speaker and a leading happiness and workplace culture expert. She happily lives in Lewisville, TX, spends time with friends, loves to read, yoga and thinking of ways to make the world a happier place.
