o Average attendance for our monthly Legal Hour and luncheons 115 attendees

Monthly Legal Hour and Luncheons
o Our monthly Legal Hour & Luncheon's are generally held on the 3rd Thursday of the month. A legal topic is covered from 10:15AM to 11:15AM, and a general HR topic is held from 11:30AM to 1:00PM.
FWHR hosts two conferences:
o Employment Law Update – This event focuses on legal and compliance topics that are helpful to HR professionals of all levels. Normally held every April. This event has been in place for over 21 years.
o The Strategic Mindset – This event focuses on strategic HR management. Normally held every September. This event has been in place for over 11 years.
Topics should be relevant to the HR community and meet the curriculum and standards for SHRM Professional Development Credits (SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP) and HR Certification Institute recertification credit (PHR, SPHR and GPHR). Possible topics include:
We look for presenters who are willing to share their expertise without expectation of payment in the spirit of networking and giving back to the HR community. FWHR believes that the attendance and decision-making authority of our audience provides an significant opportunity for speakers to increase their visibility and establish valuable contacts with a targeted HR audience.
Please be aware that more than one presentation may be submitted for consideration; however, one proposal per presentation must be completed.
