About our Speakers:
Carol is the VP of HR for Acme Brick. She is an HR executive with 20 years of experience focused on aligning the HR strategy to the business strategy to drive performance, engagement, customer satisfaction and profitability. She was our March 2020 chapter meeting speaker. She shared some great insights that she and her company (ACME Brick) have learned over the years.
Jonathan is an experienced leader, coach, and organizational development consultant with a proven record of leading and developing others to perform at higher levels and improve their overall effectiveness. He is the founder and President of Bridge 3, LLC. Jonathan is a decorated Veteran, and as a U.S. Army Officer, established a record of high performance leading a variety of units in complex, volatile, and dynamic environments. His combat experience includes serving as a Combat Advisor to the Afghan National Police in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and as a Cavalry Scout Platoon Leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
