How to Register
To register your organization for the Group Membership Discount Program, please follow these steps:

Complete our Group Membership Discount Interest Form available here.

Using the template provided, submit a list of all members to be registered, including their full name, HR certifications held (if applicable), email address, and phone number.

Our team will provide a customized registration link and invoice reflecting the applicable discount.

Complete the registration and payment process.
Terms and Conditions

The Group Membership Discount Program applies only to new memberships or membership renewals processed as a group.

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Payment for the entire group must be made in a single transaction.

Chapter membership is owned by the registered member. If a member leaves your organization, you may register a new member at a prorated amount until your next group membership renewal period.

Membership fees are not refundable.
