For 60 years, Fort Worth HR has brought together HR professionals to connect, grow, lead, and strengthen our community. This year, we’re celebrating that legacy in a way worthy of the milestone. 

Join us for Shine Bright: 60 Years of FWHR Excellence, our 2026 Annual Awards Celebration, as we honor six decades of FWHR history and recognize the outstanding HR professionals shaping what comes next. Registration: Tickets are $10, with proceeds supporting our Scholarship Funds to help invest in the next generation of HR professionals.

Shawn Storer is a dynamic leader and creative force whose work spans leadership strategy, human capital, talent development, higher education, and the arts. With over two decades of experience, he helps organizations and individuals grow through clarity, curiosity, and transformation.

As founder of Creative Leadership Solutions, Shawn partners with executives and teams to design leadership development, cultural transformation, and performance strategies. His career includes global and executive HR roles across industries, where he has built enterprise learning strategies, strengthened leadership pipelines, and elevated engagement through cultures rooted in dignity and respect.

In academia, Shawn serves as Adjunct Professor at SMU’s Cox School of Business, teaching management, strategy, and talent development. He also a faculty member of Cox’s Executive Education, guiding aspiring leaders with an approach that is both practical and deeply engaging.

A sought-after speaker and facilitator, Shawn brings insight, energy, and real-world experience to stages across conferences and corporate events.

Creativity is central to his work. Through his art brand, Multifarious Musing, he explores a wide range of mediums. His early career as a music director and conductor continues to shape his leadership philosophy: strong organizations, like great ensembles, thrive when individual voices are understood and aligned.
