Reginald J. Miller
VP, People Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
As McDonald’s Vice President, People Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, Reginald J. Miller oversees the company’s global DEI strategy with a focus on transformational change around the world. Reggie began his career at McDonald’s in November 2020. He joined McDonald’s from VF Corporation, where he served as Vice President, Global Inclusion and Diversity, building the company’s first Inclusion & Diversity strategy, and turning it into an award-winning program. Reggie has worked in a variety of disciplines including supply chain, merchandising, international project management and multiple specialties within human resources. Prior to joining VF, he was a D&I leader at Walmart where he was responsible for D&I strategy, reporting, and consultation for all Walmart stores in the U.S. and was a Talent Acquisition and D&I/Talent Acquisition leader at Tyson Foods. He also was an instructor and faculty administrator for the University of Phoenix for several years.

Shaun Mayo currently serves as the Chief People Officer for the Arizona Cardinals wherehe leads all human resources functions throughout the organization including all programsand initiatives involving workplace diversity, equity and inclusion. Externally, Mayo act's asa liaison for the team within the community on a variety of civic initiatives. Mayo has over15 years of progressive business leadership with a focus on HR Leadership. A Native of Houston, Texas. Mayo earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrationfrom Texas Southern University, a Master's of Business Administration with aconcentration in Human Resources from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, and anExecutive Leadership Acceleration Certificate through Harvard Business School'sExecutive Education Program. Mayo is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and hasbeen recognized as a 40 under 40 Honoree (Arkansas), Top 100 Professional (Arkansas),and a recent Top 100 in HR (Nation) for 2022.
