1.0 SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE

Bosque Systems, LLC is growing exponentially and is looking for a Director of Human Resources that has a strong "Customer Service mindset" and preferably a minimum of 10 solid years of Director-level HR experience in Oil & Gas or related industry. Oil & Gas experience is preferred. You should also have a minimum of a BS Degree in Human Resources along with either advanced Human Resource Certifications or additional advanced education or training in a related industry.

2.0 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop succession planning and talent development initiatives
  • Fully support and champion Bosque Systems’ vision, mission and values
  • Have overall responsibility for organizational planning, organizational development, employment, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services
  • Communicate successfully at all levels and in all situations, and possesses excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Provide knowledge of Human Resources best practices and employment/labor laws as well as regulatory compliance issues is required.
  • Manage and track employee relations concerns related to company policies, alleged discrimination, harassment and termination disputes
  • Develop and create Performance/Incident Review Process and conduct investigations, including documenting fact finding summaries and providing recommendations to the business
  • Advise management staff on HR policy interpretation and procedure implementation
  • Inform management staff of current employment laws and provide guidance toward compliance with state and federal laws
  • Counsel and assist HR team members and all levels of management on employee relations issues and potential risks
  • Recommend remediation actions to correct performance problems, including disciplinary documentation, and policy and process improvements for our business partners
  • Provide risk management consulting and proactively identify and analyze employee issues and trends
  • Provide proactive education information and the delivery training to all levels of the business
  • Assist with the annual roll out of our Performance Management Review Process
  • Assist with the delivery and coordination of Supervisory Training Programs (internal and external curriculum's)
  • Assist with and support, roll out and delivery of other HR initiatives as requested

3.0 REQUIRED COMPETENCIES – Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business related field or equivalent combination of education and training
  • Minimum 10+ years’ of progressive experience performing HR responsibilities
  • HR Certification(s)
  • Strong presentations skills
  • Ability to travel throughout our geographical areas
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Superior skills with PowerPoint and Excel Reporting
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and execution skills are needed, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to dialogue and interact at the executive level

4.0 PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • 8 to 10 years managing Employee Relations and Retention Programs
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in Human Resources

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $125,000.00 to $160,000.00 /year
