Doing the Impossible –
Explaining Reasonable Accommodations under the ADA in One Hour

It is possible.  We all know that reasonable accommodations under the ADA can feel complex and complicated.  Sometimes training on this extremely important topic raises more questions than it answers.  Surely, there must be a way to simplify the interactive process and make it easier to navigate.  In this session we will discuss how the ADA works.  We will break down the law in easy-to-follow concepts.  And you will hear simple rules and practical tips that will keep you from getting lost in the trees, explaining everything from coverage to leave.  The ADA is a big law but doesn’t have to be complicated or stressy.  This one-hour session will give you the tools you need.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how the interactive process under the ADA is constructed legally
  • Identify practical approaches in navigating the ADA interactive process
  • Understand how the ADA interprets leave as an accommodation

Why Businesses Without An Effective Cybersecurity Playbook Will NOT Exist in 2029

HR leaders, your organizations are at a pivotal point, many are facing financial constraints and outdated technology systems that lack essential cyber protections. Businesses that prioritize cyber protections create a secure environment, build a foundation of trust and loyalty that enhances employee morale and retention, and improve overall organizational stability, all while protecting sensitive data.

Robust cyber protections mitigate risks from insider threats and cyber attacks, ensuring business continuity and operational stability. Ultimately, these measures foster a secure and trustworthy environment, enabling the organization to attract top talent, maintain a positive reputation, and achieve long-term success.

In this presentation, Gary delves into the key insights, challenges, and practical steps for organizations to fortify their cybersecurity playbook to better prepare for the next five years.
