Title: Leading in the performance zone
Speaker: Andrew Geesbreght

Andrew Geesbreght will start with why and how organizations suffer, taking commonly known leadership barriers and highlighting them in a unique light. We then understand why traditional system approaches are suboptimal solutions to very individual problems. The concept of the 'Performance Zone' explains how leaders' ability to stay in and maintain emotional/cognitive regulation allows organizations to thrive -- conversely -- performance is stunted when our leaders work in strained or separated zones. Finally, Prax has defined the advanced process of 'MindSetting' as paramount in a leader's ability to self-regulate, value align, goal direct, and exert genuine energy.
